The Megan S. Ott Foundation Announces Its Closing

Below is a message from Megan’s family reflecting on the foundation’s journey, its impact, and the community that made it possible.

For the last 15 years, the Megan S Ott Foundation has helped families as they face the daily challenges of living with breast cancer. When Megan founded the foundation in 2010, it was her hope to bring joy, happiness, and laughter into the lives of those families living with breast cancer.

Megan’s idea and desire to help others grew into a foundation that has provided over 1,625 families with grants totaling in excess of $1.7 million.

The efforts of the foundation were made possible because of the endless hours of work by our volunteers, our sponsors, and friends of the foundation, all who supported the mission of bringing joy, happiness, and laughter into the lives of our breast cancer recipients.

As we close this chapter, we know that Megan’s legacy lives on and her foundation has served our community well.
